New Castle, DE - February 24, 2010 - New Castle, DE - February 24, 2010 - Rösle debuts a Grill Scraper designed for flat surface grill plates or hot plates in restaurants and now the home. The new grill scraper is the critical tool use if doing Teppanyaki or hibachi grilling, high heat cooking on a hotplate. The extremely flexible blade on this 9inch long Grill Scraper slides easily underneath grilled or seared food while at the same time it is carefully engineered to avoid scratching the hotplate. Food cans be seared, grilled and flipped crisply and cleanly. The scraper is also used to clean a hotplate or flat surface grill plate without damaging them. Equipped with a superior grade stainless steel, 1inch diameter handle, the utensil sits comfortably and safely in the hand. Special insulation in the handle prevents heat transmission from the blade to hands. Rösle has in this case deliberately omitted a characteristic Hanging Ring so that the necessary pressure can be directly applied at the handle tip. After use, a turn in the dishwasher soon returns the Grill Scraper to its shining splendour.
Rösle has been using German engineering to produce the finest quality cooking tools for the professional chef and home cook for more than 100 years. The tools are designed for optimum performance, comfort and appearance. Rösle products pass through elaborate manufacturing processes during production and only leave the premises after undergoing strict quality control.
