New Castle, DE -- RÖSLE presents two new silicone, commercial quality locking tongs that blend the best of design and the best of silicone. The design: a one-handed, smooth locking system. The silicone: a commercial grade silicone that is bonded to the stainless steel and is high heat resistant to 500 degrees F. Cooking temperatures rarely exceed 428 degrees F. The blending of these two features has created a pair of tongs that won?t scratch non-stick pans and, at the same time, can be opened and closed with one hand, a useful feature for a cook undertaking several tasks at a time. These 9inch and 12inch stainless steel tongs with silicone ends are solidly made with the durability to last a lifetime.

The locking mechanism is simple. Turn the tongs down and lightly squeeze -- the tongs gently open. Turn the tongs up and lightly squeeze - the tongs gently close. The scalloped heads of the tongs are curved so they grip and hold foods better then most tongs with scalloped flat heads. The silicone makes the grip even tighter. The sleek stainless steel handles are well balanced for kitchen and serving applications. The tongs are manufactured entirely of 18/10 stainless steel and feature the Rosle trademark hanging loop for kitchen rails and barbeque grills.

The tongs come in both 9-inch and 12-inch sizes. They are dishwasher safe and warranted for life.
