New Castle, DE — 2008-- Successful barbecue grilling takes three steps: cleaning and preparing the grill, tending the foods while on the grill and then finally serving. According to the BBQ Grilling Association statistics, 3 out of 4 U.S. households own a grill and that number is increasing. Grilling is so popular because it's social, takes the mess out of the kitchen and recipes and techniques are endless. For these grilling mavericks, RÖSLE, the German manufacturer of professional quality kitchen tools, created the five essential barbecue tools. These new tools are warranted to last a lifetime, even if used by the person who grills in all weather conditions and seasons. The tools are heavy duty and gorgeous.
The 18-inch long, full tang barbecue grill brush, barbecue fork, barbecue basting brush and barbecue spatula, are made of 18/10 stainless steel and are as elegant as they are high performing. The nearly 16-inch locking tongs feature a one-handed locking mechanism so the tongs close for convenient storage and open with a just a squeeze.
The four-headed grill brush cleans faster than single head or double head brushes, getting the job done in minutes. The four, tubular-shaped, brushes feature short, brass bristles to scrub every awkward corner of the grill. The brushes rotate and are replaceable. The grill brush cleans all outdoor grill racks including the most common: cast iron and steel.
The two-tine grilling fork is durable and strong enough to hold the heaviest cuts of meat and yet the tines are slender enough for just pricking the meat rather then digging holes into the flesh and releasing juices. Meats stay tender and moist inside.
The spatula features a beveled edge and a wide blade, 4.7-inches x 4.3-inches, so tender foods such as fillets of fish can be safely lifted and carried to a platter.
The basting brush features a scoop style face for loading sauces and a basting face for spreading marinades. The heat resistant, silicone front end is easy to clean and is replaceable.
The tongs open and close with a light squeeze and the scalloped heads of the tongs are curved so they grip and hold foods better then most tongs with scalloped flat heads.
All of the tools feature sleek stainless steel handles and the Rösle trademark style of blending finishes to give both contour and depth to the product. All five tools feature a hanging loop for convenient storage. For more information, contact RÖSLE
